Website Development:

• Custom website design and development

Multimedia Services:

• Graphic design

• Video editing and production

• Branding and logo design

• Digital content creation

Service Agreement

1. Project Scope: All services will be provided according to the agreed project scope and specifications.

2. Timeline: Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon and communicated in writing.

3. Revisions: Standard revisions are included as per the agreed terms. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

4. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide necessary content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner.

Payment Terms

1. Payment Methods: We accept payments through PhonePe payment gateway and other approved methods.

2. Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement (typically 50% advance, 50% on completion).

3. Late Payments: Late payment charges may apply as per the agreement.

4. Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

1. Client Content: Clients retain ownership of their content and materials provided to us.

2. Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables.

3. Third-Party Materials: We ensure all third-party materials used are properly licensed.

4. Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits or business opportunities

• Third-party claims

• Force majeure events

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

• Payment for completed work will be due

• All materials will be returned to respective owners

• Confidentiality obligations will survive termination

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Malappuram, Kerala.
