REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund Policy

We are committed to client satisfaction and offer refunds under the following conditions:

Eligible for Full Refund:

  • Project not started within 7 days of advance payment

  • Failure to deliver services as per agreed specifications

  • Technical issues from our end preventing service delivery

Eligible for Partial Refund:

  • Project cancellation after work has commenced (refund based on work completed)

  • Mutual agreement to terminate the project

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Change in client requirements after project commencement

  • Cancellation due to client's inability to provide required materials

  • Completed projects that meet agreed specifications

Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation:

  • Can be done within 24 hours of project initiation with full refund

  • After 24 hours, cancellation charges may apply based on work completed

  • Written notice required for all cancellations

Abaqas.in-Initiated Cancellation:

  • Full refund will be provided

  • May occur due to resource constraints or force majeure events

Refund Process
  1. Request: Submit refund request to support@abaqas.in with reason

  2. Review: We will review the request within 2 business days

  3. Processing: Approved refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days

  4. Method: Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  1. Contact our support team first

  2. We will attempt to resolve within 7 business days

  3. If unresolved, disputes will be handled as per Terms and Conditions
